Application Procedure
Session: 2018-2019

Step 1:

Click New Application Form. On clicking it a new page will appear. Select the Stream, 10+2 Roll No, Date of Birth and Mobile No.

On Clicking the SUBMIT Button an Application Form will appear with 10+2 Roll No., Date of Birth and Mobile No printed on it it. Fill In the Form properly and click the SUBMIT button.

On Submitting the Form a new page will appear with all details. Re-enter the marks in the appropriate fields and check all the details. Finally press SUBMIT button.

A page will appear with Form No. and an option to PRINT FORM. You can take a print of the Form OR you can also take the Print of the Form later. Note the Form No. You will also get a text message with the Form No. The Printed Form will show that Application Fee Not paid till you pay the fee and it is updated in the system (takes 24 hrs.)

Step 2:

Click the Pay Application Fee. Put your name exactly as given in the Form and Date of Birth and click Pay through SBI COLLECT. Put details in the SBI Collect page (Name, Date of Birth, Mobile No and Stream). Enter the details of payer in the footer (required to retrieve payment receipt later).

In the next page choose appropriate payment option lie Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking etc for online payment. For Cash payment at any SBI Branch click ‘Pay at Branch’ option. A challan will be downloaded. Take that to any SBI Branch for cash payment.

Candidates opting online payment must get a ‘SUCCESS’ status after completing the transaction. A ‘PENDING’ status means fees is not received by the College. One can always recheck the payment status through the link: https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/suvidhapaymenthistory.htm

Remember without Application Fee payment within notified time, Application Form will not be considered in any circumstances.

Once the fee payment is updated in the system, the Printed Application Form will show the line in the top ‘Application Fee is Paid’. Better print the application after fee payment is updated in the system.

It takes at least 24 hrs. after you pay the fee to get it updated in the system. Do not send any enquiry regarding payment before 24 hrs.

Step 3:

Do NOT Submit the filled-in Form to the College.. If selected, then you have to Submit the Printed Form along with the necessary Documents during the verification/counselling.
