Notice regarding First Merit List 2016 - 2017

The candidates whose names are included in the first merit list should deposit the requisite fees either online or offline (Chalan to be generated online) to any branch of State Bank of India from 21st June to 27th June 2016.

After submission of admission fees students must report to the college office within two working days, within 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M., for physical verification of their documents, failing which the admission will be cancelled. In such cases admission fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

At the time of verification of the candidates will have to bring the following documents with them:

  • Hard copy of the filled up application form.
  • Receipt of payment of registration fee of Rs. 200.00
  • Receipt of payment of admission fees.
  • All the mark sheets and certificates of previous qualifying examinations (original and photocopy).
  • Original age proof and its photocopy (certificate/admit card of class X examination).
  • One copy of recent colour photograph.
  • School leaving certificate (original and photocopy).
  • Board authentication certificate and migration certificate for candidates other than WBHS/CBSE/ISC (original and photocopy).
  • Certificate of proof of SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B / PH candidate in original and photocopy (if applicable).
