Important Guidelines 2014 - 2015

• ADMISSION IN ALL HONOURS SUBJECTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH COUNSELLING PROCESS in each department. If any candidate fails to attain counselling, his/her right for admission will be forfeited. In case of non-entry of any candidate in the merit list he / she must report to the respective Teacher in the counselling room with Original failing which his /her candidature will be forfeited   
• In case of Application of Multiple Subjects the candidate / His or Her representative should report his / her position in the merit in respective subjects in all respective department he /she has applied.
• At the time of counselling candidate must produce ORIGINAL BANK CHALLAN duly stamped and recipt by the Bank and ORGINAL FORM in the respective subject, Original Marksheet of the last qualifying Examination, Admit card, caste Certificate (if any) failing which his / her claim will be forfeited. Caste Certificate only given by DM/ SDO / BCW will be accepted. In case of the candidates applied for Caste Certificate he / she must produce parents Caste Certificate.

  As soon as the applicant is notified (through counselling) that admission has been offered to him/her, the full fees should be payable on the same day. Until such payment is made or allowed by the Principal / Teacher-in-Charge to be deferred, the offer of admission is liable to be cancelled. Click Here to view/download the Fees structure.

• Date of Admission will be the date of Caunselling. Admission and other fees once deposited will not be refunded.
• All admissions are valid only for a year, and are therefore to be renewed for each subsequent year of study. If any student does not continue for consecutive two weeks, his/her admission will be considered as cancel.
• Submission of Documents at the time of admission: Will be inform at the time of Counselling
• Date of Couselling and date for different Honours Subjects: 24.06.2014 onwards, Time 11.00 am onwards
• In Case of any dispute, contact the Admission Committee immediately
• The discretion of the Admission Committee is full and final
