Chaitanya College of Education was started in the year 2008 by Annapurna Educational & Charitable Society, Gajuwaka, comprises a group of dynamic, talented, experienced and committed members headed by P.Surya Narayana Reddy as Founder & Correspondent to cater the needs of the Aspiring Teachers Trainees in this region.

The college aims to open Educational Institutions and to impart quality education. It is proposed to provide education at reasonable expenditure. Providing financial assistance to meritorious poor students. Its objectives are to produce efficient and committed “TEACHER TRAINERS” and to encourage them to take up most dignified and noble teaching profession in rural as well as Urban areas including reputed public and corporate schools.

The Annapurna Educational and Charitable Society has been constituted in the year 1983 with an intention to extend its helping hand to the poor, needy and meritorious. Our society concentrates on to take part in building a strong ideal society with a positive vision. To achieve this we would like to concentrate on two disciplines 1) Education 2) Health.

We strongly believe that only with these two we can build a strong nation. First of all we would like to concentrate on Education with which we can mould the future citizens. Our aim is to give quality education for low fee structure. In this aspect we are already giving free education to the poor & meritorious students. We all know that "the future of India is being shaped in the classrooms only". Keeping this in view we have provided all the necessary infrastructural instructional facilities to our colleges.

Now we want some skilled sculptors who can mould the crude into good citizens. Only through these skilled dedicated teachers, our society is going to extend its helping hand in preparing excellent teachers from the poorest of the poor by giving some management seats.

Later the society is going to concentrate on Health.
