Documents Required at the time of Admission

• Print out of duly filled-in Application Form in A4 size paper (2 pages) generated after successful on-line submission of form with signature and photograph at appropriate places. The print must be clear and legible.
• Bank Challan showing the deposit of money in designated branches of Axis Bank Ltd. within stipulated date and time (in original).
• Original un-laminated mark sheet of H.S. / equivalent examination.
• Original Admit Card / Certificate of Secondary / equivalent examination for age proof.
• Original Caste Certificate for reserved category.
• Original Physically Challenged Certificate, if applicable.
• Attested photocopies of all necessary documents.
• Passport size photographs.
• Admission Fees as notified in the schedule of Admission.
