Reservation of seats is as Govt. & N.B.U. rules Admission strictly will be made on the basis of merit following the norms and guidelines of D.P,I. Govt. of West Bengal, N.C.T.E. & North Bengal University. Regarding CAT , question paper will be of objective type with full marks of 50. The qualifying marks shall be 15. Multiple choice of question shall cover areas like General Aptitude, knowledge of Basic English Grammar, Comprehension, Numerical Ability & General knowledge.

• All Original Certificates & other relevant documents be produced at the time of admission.
• All kinds of fees will be collected at a time during admission
• No. money will be refunded after taking admission
• Incomplete forms will be rejected.

There has been a long felt need establishing a new B.Ed College in the district of Cooch Behar with a view to giving scope to the educated youth for acquiring Bachelor of education degree to enhance their skill and Competence to join in teaching profession. Such degree now in a knowledge base society may be treated for an essential pre-requisite for becoming a teacher in Secondary/higher Secondary School. A teacher has to renew and update his / her teaching competency all along his/her career and B.Ed. Course in just the first base of this teaching process. Keeping proper emphasis on the need of the society and to meet the future challenges in the field of education, The Cooch Behar B.Ed. Training College is established at Tanganmari, P.O. Rajarhat adjacent to Coch Behar Town. It started functioning since 28.12.2004. The college is affiliated to the University of North Bengal and obtained N.O.C. from the Higher Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal.
