Admission Procedure

In all courses 90% students of approved intake capacity will be admitted on the basis of merit position secured by the candidate in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination.The balance 10% students will be admitted from A.I.E.E.E. as per norms stipulated by the AICTE and the State Government.

Documents Needed at the time of Admission

• Offer of admission to HETC, issued by the Central Selection Committee on the day of counseling.
• Admit card of JEE-2013
• Mark sheet of 10th & 10+2.
• Proof of Age and Date of Birth.
• Proof of SC/ST/OBC/PH.
• Character certificate of the applicant from the head of the institution where the student studied last.
• Three stamp size color photograph.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Certificate from eye specialist.
• Application for requirement if hostel facilities.
