Lieutenant Abhishek Ray Chaudhuri Teachers Training College is a self financing B.Ed. College recognised by NCTE and affiliated to university of calcutta. It is located in Chandpur which is about 4 kms from Sonarpur Railway Station (South Kolkata). The college is engaged in imparting quality teacher education with an aim to build ideal teachers for society. It is actively engaged in contributing knowledge on teacher education by organising seminars, symposia, workshops etc. in different aspects of teacher education.
