• Original Mark Sheet (H.S./Equivalent Examination).
• Original Admit Card (Madhyamik/equivalent exam. For age proof).
• Certificate from the school last attended in case of students of other states.
• Three copies of unattested Passport size photograph (EXTRA)
• Original cast certificate (where necessary).
• Original Migration Certificate (where necessary)
