K.A.P. Viswanatham Medical College is a medical college established in 1997, run by the state government of Tamil Nadu, which is recognized by Medical Council of India. It is located in the city of Trichy, in Tamil Nadu. The college was ranked third by students in counselling in 2010. It is located at Periya Milagu Paarai in the heart of the city.

The college was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M. Karunanidhi, on 1997 in memory of Tamil scholar and businessman K. A. P. Viswanatham. The college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. The Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital (earlier known as Annal Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital) is located near the college.
