Muzaffar Ahmed Mahavidyalaya(MAM), Murshidabad was established in 1986. This is a Private, Self financing and Co-education College. The college is providing excellence in education at the undergraduate level to the students of all communities. The college offers courses in discipline of Arts and Science. The college is affiliated to University of Kalyani, established in 1960. The University of Kalyani was set-up in the post independence period. The University provides academic guidance and leadership to several affiliated degree colleges and its territorial jurisdiction extends to the districts of Nadia, Murshidabad and parts of North 24 Parganas.
