News - Delhi University to start course in cyber security and law from 2018

Delhi University will soon be launching a post graduate diploma in Cyber Security and Law.

As per reports, the programme caters to the niche domain of cyber security with a unique combination of cyber laws.

Course details :

The course is likely to start from February next year and classes will commence from March
The course will be held in 2 semesters will 6 papers in each

The programme intends to produce professionals who can administer security for varied virtual platforms, banks, social media, industrial applications, mobile data and cloud interface. This course will be offered by the Department of Operational Research, Department of Computer Science, and Department of Commerce.

Meanwhile, according to latest news report, Delhi University's central library has put out a notice stating that the students from the School of Open Learning will not be allowed to use the central library located at the Arts faculty in north campus.
