CBSE NEET 2017: Examination Center Selection Date Extended
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released an official notification regarding extension of the last date to choose a centre for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2017.
Now, all the candidates can choose the exam centre till March 31.

Further, this year approximately 12 lakh candidates have registered for the exam.
Moreover, CBSE has also added another city to the list of exam centres for the exam which will be held on May 7.
The exam will now also be conducted in Nanded, Maharashtra.
"The list of cities of examination stand modified accordingly. Other provisions and rules contained in the Information Bulletin for NEET-2017 will remain unchanged," the press release by the CBSE said.

About National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET):

NEET is a single window entrance examination for PG courses. No other entrance examination, either at state or institution level, shall be valid for entry to MD/MS/PG diploma courses as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 w.e.f. 2017 admission session.
