Step to apply for NTSE 2017 :
Note :
Candidates need to submit the print copy of the registered application forms, along with original challan, and 2 copies of print report (i.e. nominal roll) to the Office of the concerned District Educational Officer.
Eligibility criteria :
Candidates who are studying in class 10 in the current academic year in any recognised school in the state including Kendriya Vidyalaya and schools affiliated to CBSE and ICSE are eligible to apply. Also, students have received NMMS scholarships can also apply but such candidates will have to forego further NMMS scholarship if they are selected for NTS scholarship.

Director of Board of Secondary Examinations to make arrangements for NTSE :
The Director of Board of Secondary Examinations has directed the District Educational Officers (DEOs) to make all the necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of National Talent Search Examination to be held on November 5 in their respective district headquarters.
About National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) :
The National Talent Search Examination for students studying in Class X is meant to identify the nature talent. The examination is conducted every year in II levels: Stage I (State Level) and Stage II (National Level).
