Lalit Kala Akademi has released the advertisement for inviting applications for the grant of the scholarship for the year of 2018-19 on the official website, lalitkala.gov.in

• Sculpture
• Painting
• Ceramic
• Graphic
• Art history
• Art criticism
• Arts management
• Art curation and documentation

Duration of Scholarship :

The duration of the proposed scholarship will be for one year (12 months).

Important details :

• Total number of scholarship : 40
• Last date to apply : Application for LKA Scholarship 2018-19 should be submitted within 30 days from the date of its advertisement in National Dailes .
• Eligibility criteria : Artists, Art-Critics and Art Historians below 35 years of age as on 1st January, 2018
• Value for scholarship : Each scholar will be paid Rs. 10,000/- per month for a period of one year to cover his/ her living expenses, travel expenses, purchase of art material, etc.
