All the candidates should have at least 55% marks in B.Sc. (Hons) and at least 60% marks in average in Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics with at least 55% in each subject at (10+2) level.
All the eligible candidates both CU and NON CU have to sit for an Entrance Test of MCQ type covering the fields of Physics, Mathematics, and Biology of 10+2 level and Chemistry, Biochemistry of Graduation (General) Level.
V Genetics GN 242 10+1 B.Sc. Hons. in Anthropology, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physics or Physiology or its equiv. All the candidates should have Chemistry as one of the General subjects (except the candidates with Hons in Chemistry / Bio Chemistry) at the under Graduate level. The candidates with M.B.B.S./B.Sc. (Ag) are also eligible.
All the candidates should have at least 50% marks in B.Sc. (Hons.) and at least 60% marks in average in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or its equivalent at 10+2 level. All the candidates, both C.U. and Non-C.U. (Both Category A & Category B) have to appear in the Entrance Test
W Neuro Science NS 243 10+1 B.Sc. Hons. in any Life Science Subjects / Chemistry / Biochemistry.
All the above candidates should have Chemistry as one of the General Subjects except the candidates with Hons. in Chemistry / Biochemistry M.B.B.S are eligible. X Environmental Science ENV 244 15+1 At least 55% marks in B.Sc. Hons. in a Science subject with Chemistry as one of the General subject (except candidates Hons in Chemistry / Biochemistry) or its equiv. All the eligible candidates both CU and NON CU have to sit for an Entrance Test on basic knowledge of Environmental Science covering syllabus of Physical and Life Science at U.G.level.

Category A : 60% of the total seat is earmarked for C.U. Env. Sc.(Hons ) current your candidate

Category B : 40% of the total seat is open to all both C.U. & NonC.U., Current Year & Previous Year, Env. Sc. (Hons) and other eligible Hons.
Y Atmospheric Science AS 245 15+1 At least 50% marks in B.Sc Hons. in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Statistics Environmental Science and Meteorology or its equiv. The applicants are required to have Physics and Mathematics as Genl. subjects (if not as Honours) at the undergraduate level and 60% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at (10+2) level. All the candidates should have 50% marks in 10th standard and 10+2 level separately. All Non-C.U. B.Sc.(Ag.) and B.Sc. Hons. in Agriculture candidates have to sit in Entrance Test (MCQ Type) of 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be 40% and merit list will be prepared accordingly. There will be no negative marking. Counseling of the qualifying candidates will be followed for selection in different departments. Vacant seat if any lying in the department of Agricultural Chemistry and Soil Science will be filled up from the C.U. B.Sc. Hons in Chemistry candidates applied. Vacant seat if any lying in the department of a) Genetics & Plant Breeding b) Horticulture and c) Plant Physiology will be filled up from the C.U. B.Sc. Hons in Botany candidates applied.

Non-C.U. B.Sc. Hons. in Chemistry / Botany are not eligible to apply in Agricultural courses.

Before filing of application form please read the instruction carefully. In some cases a student may apply for more than one course, if eligible as per eligibility criteria. In such cases, the candidate must state his / her order of preference. Candidate should take decision very carefully about how many course(s) he is eligible to apply and how many course(s) he intends to apply. He has to select all the course(s) with his order of preference once at a time. Computer will automatically generate the required no. of Application Form(s), and the amount of Application Fee to be deposited and the Receipt page.

Significance of Order of Preference
In some cases a candidate may apply for more than one course with Order of Preference. Candidate should give his order of preference carefully; it may not be changed later. During Selection all the options of candidate of Higher Merit will be considered first then the options of the next higher merit candidates will be considered. Once the candidate will be selected in one option, all the lower options will be closed, keeping the higher options remains open for future chance. The preference 1 is higher option than preference 2 and so on. The candidate should select the course as preference 1 which he thinks the best one and he intends to get admission if he got chance. Accordingly 2nd best course as preference 2 and so on.

Group 2 : Application Form of Electronics Hons. Graduates with order of Preference for admission in Electronic Science, Radio Physics & Electronics, Optics & Optoelectronics and Information Technology or its any part.
Group 3 : Application Form of Computer Science Hons. Graduates with order of Preference for admission in M.Sc. in Computer and Information Science, B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology or its any part. All the C.U. and Non-C.U. applicants have to appear in the Entrance Test.
Group 4 : Application Form of Chemistry Hons. Graduates with order of Preference for admission in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science and Technology, Chemical Technology (Ceramic Eng., Petrochemicals & Petroleum refinery, Oil Technology, Pharmaceuticals & Fine Chemical Tech.) and Agricultural Chemistry & Soil Sc or its any part.

Before Online Submission Candidate should collect :
  • Photocopies of all relevant Mark Sheets (10th Standard onwards) etc.
  • Soft copy of scanned passport size photo (3.5 C.M. X 3.5 C.M.) and Signature in Pendrive / CD / Email (not more than 20 kb each in jpg/jpeg format) or, alternatively recent passport size photo (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) of the candidate should be pasted one each of the computer generated printed copy of the application form.

Before going for submission of Online Application, followings are very much essential.

  • Selection of previous two points should be done very carefully as application for all courses to be submitted at a time and order of preference may not be changed later.
  • Reading of Instruction for Online Submission Step-I, Step-II, and Step-III be followed.
  • For calculation of Total cost of Application fee and step-I be followed.
  • To Fill Up the Form Step-II be followed.
  • For download of Application Form(s), Acknowledgement Slip Step-III be followed.
Application Fee
Application Fee : Rs. 100/- (for General and others candidate) and Rs. 50/- (for SC/ST/PWD candidate) for each group of application. All payments of Application Fee to be deposited through 'State Bank Collect' (www.onlinesbi.com). Bank charges extra to be borne by the candidate.

Payments of all courses to be made in a Single Transaction. Payments once made are not refundable.

Two payment methods are available i.e. online payment through Internet Banking / ATM cum Debit Card / Credit Card or by cash deposition at any State Bank Branch.

N.B. : The Schedule of Admission is subject to change on demand of the situation and will be notified accordingly.

Printed copy of application to be received by the respective campus Secretary Office from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on all working days except Saturday, Sunday & Holiday).

All the candidates both C.U. & Non C.U. have to sit in a written Entrance Test.
Graduates of current year and immediate preceding year are eligible.
