The call letters for RRB preliminary exam for Officer Scale 1 and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) post has been released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). All those candidates who will be appearing for the same are required to download their respective letter from the official website, www.ibps.in.

The exam will be conducted for recruitment to the post of Officer Scale 1 and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) for regional rural banks. The exam for Officer Scale 1 will be held on November 5 and 6, and that for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be held on November 12, 13 and 19.

Steps to download the call letter :

• Log on to the official website www.ibps.in
• Click on 'Preliminary Online Examination Call Letter for CWE RRB V Office Assistant'
• In the provided fields, enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth (dob)
• Click on Submit
• Your call letter will be displayed on the screen
• Download the same and take a print out for future reference.

No hard copy of the call letter / information handout etc will be sent by post / courier.

The admit card will contain all the details related to roll number, examination venue, exam duration and other important details. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the same at the examination venue, without which they will not be allowed to appear for it under any circumstances.
