• FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF COUNSELLING AND ADMISSION :
  • Admit card of the admission test.
  • Original Mark-sheet (10+2).
  • Attested photocopies of Marksheet and Admit Card (10+2).
  • Three stamp-size (2ï‚´2.5 cm) colour photographs.
  • Parents’/guardian’s income certificate (any one of the following)
    • Copy of the Income Tax Return
    • Copy of Form 16
    • Copy of the Pay Slip/ Salary Certificate from the employer
    • Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended (for parents/ guardian working in unorganized sector)
    • Income Certificate from local MLA/Councilor
  • Requisite Fees
  • Original Caste Certificate (For SC/ST candidates) and two photocopies thereof.
  • Original Medical Certificate and two photocopies thereof (For Physically challenged persons)
  • Blood-group certificate.
