General Information
Before filling up the form first download the bank challan from our website then submit the fees in bank for offline payment. Then fillup the form with the bank challan number provided by the bank.
For Download Online Application form (only for online payment mode) After click on 'Save' in the application form you'll get a sms with application from link. And you can aslo download the Application form by this link.
Candidates can print their application form by downloading the form from www.sammilaniadmission.in with the Application_ID provided in the SMS sent to the candidates after payment and submission of the application form.
- All applicants who passed (10+2) level of Examination in 2012 and onwards are eligible to seek admission to the 1st year.
- 1st Phase of Admission Forms of First Year B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. will be available online from 31/05/2017 (at 10:01 A.M.) to 14/06/2017 (11:59 P.M.) from our College website www.sammilanimahavidyalaya.org or www.sammilaniadmission.in.
- Application fees of Rs. 150.00/- only can be paid through online (by Debit card / Credit Card / Net Banking) or through offline (by taking a print out of challan copy and submit it along with requesting fees of Rs. 150.00/- before filling up the form online).Name of the AXIS branches where fees can be deposited till 14.06.2017 during banking hours of these following branches - Survey Park Branch, Jadavpur Branch, Garia Branch, New Garia Branch, Boral Branch, Rajpur Branch, Sonarpur Branch, Baruipur Branch, Diamond Harbour Branch, Narendrapur Branch, Canning Branch, Jaynagarmazilpur Branch, Sahid Nagar Branch, Madurdaha Branch, Kasba Branch, Tollygunge Branch, Champhati Branch, Prince Anwarshah Branch.
- Application fees must be deposited between 31/05/2017 to 14/06/2017.
- B.A. Hons. Candidates will choose any two elective subject and B.A. General Candidates will choose any three elective subject.

FILLED UP ADMISSION FORM must be submitted online along with scanned copies (in jpg format) of
- Class XII mark sheet (If applicable).
- Class X admit card (If applicable).
- Passport size photograph (Mandatory).
- Caste certificate (If applicable).
- Student Signature (Mandatory).
- National Level Certificate (For Sports Quota) (If applicable).
- It is mandatory that candidate seeking admission to First year must have passed English of not less than 100 marks.
- Aggregate marks shall be calculated by adding the marks in top 4 subjects, in order of marks, secured by candidate.
- Marks in Compulsory Environmental Education / Studiesshall not be considered for calculating aggregate marks.
- Sports Quota – Candidates must produce National Level Certificate

During the time of admission two attested copies of the following documents have to be submitted.
- Class X Admit Card
- Class XII Mark Sheet
- SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B / Other Minority Certificates.
- Original Character Certificate from school last attended.
- 2 copies of recent passport size photograph. (not attested).
- All Original documents have to be produced for verification without which admission will not be entertained.
- On the date of admission, after verification of documents in college, the exact amount of admission fees must be deposited in the bank on the same date, failing which admission will be cancelled (Axis Bank Ltd, Baruipur [WB], Baruipur (WB),700144).
