• Downloaded and printed complete Application Form and Bank Challan must be brought to the college at the time of councelling and admission.
• Madhyamik (10th Standard) : Mark sheet 1 copy & Admit 1 copy
• Higher secondary (12th Standard) : Mark sheet 1 copy & Admit 1 copy
• Original Mark sheet (H.S.) without lamination to be produced.
• Photo : Two Stamp size photo
• Requisite cash (Including the Tuition Fee for July 2015)

Students coming from other states are required to pay C.U. Migration fee Rs.100/- extra (Except C.B.S.C. , I.S.C., and N.I.O.S.). They have to produce Original Migration Certificate at the time of admission.

All Mark sheets, Admit Cards, Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B, PH) should be brought in original at the time of admission.
