Application Procedure
Cost of Application Form is Rs. 300/-.
- Application forms are to be filled in & submitted online through the College Website www.sjcdarjeeling.edu.in.
- Ensure to take a printout of the filled in application form along with the payment receipt after successful online submission.

The application will be registered for further processing only after the payment of the Application Fee. The Application Fee of Rs.300/- may be paid in cash only at the following designated Bank :

- The list of candidates selected for counseling will be published through the College Website and College Notice board.
- The selected candidates need to follow the instructions published along with the list for those selected for counseling.
- Appearance or the names in the list selected for counseling does not ensure admission as the counseling will involve filling up of the seats available as per the merit list.
Please Note :
- The online form will be accepted and registered by the College only after the College receives from the bank the intimation of the payment made by you.
- The applications for which the fee is paid to non-designated branches and/or after the last date will not be registered, even if the Bank accepts the application fee.
- Forms for which the application fee is not paid will not be registered.
Once the application fee is paid, no refund can be claimed for any reason what so ever.
