How to Apply

Prior to applying please read the Prospectus and instructions carefully to fill up the form. Open online admission button and proceed step by step as given below :

• Enter your mobile number. Then you get login ID and Password.
• Login with your ID and Password Given in your mobile.
• Fill the Forms with correct Details.
• Download the Bank Chalan (Foil). Pay in the bank Rs. 300/­. The bank will provide you with an accession number.
• Enter the accession number given by the bank.
• Submit the filled-in form online.
• Download the filled-in form and take printout.
• Submit the downloaded form either by post or by hand to the college along with the following particulars :
  • Attested copy of class XII result
  • Attested copy of class XII admit card
  • Attested copy of Migration certificate(Except WBHSB)
  • Attested copy of Character certificate of class XII
  • Three passport size photos
  • Bank Chalan (foil) which you get after payment in the Bank

For Christians : Bona-fide letter from Parish Priest/Pastor.

Online application will be available on the college website : www.sjcdarjeeling.edu.in from 01.06.2015.

Last date of submission of online application : 12.06.2015.

Publication of merit list (all Honours and General) : 13.06.2015.
