  • Download & Take a printout of the application form.
  • Collect the following documents.
    Application must be accompanied by :
    • Original Allotment Letter from W.B.J.E.E. Board
    • Original Money Receipt of the amount deposited in W.B.J.E.E. Board and Bank Challan.
    • Original School leaving Certificate from the Principal/Head of the School/college last attended
    • Original Medical Certificate of physical fitness from a registered Medical Practitioner obtained within a week from the date of application which should state height, measurement of chest, condition of eyesight and hearing, bodily infirmities etc.
    • Self-attested copies of the mark-sheets of Secondary (10) and Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examinations passed^#.
    • Self-attested copy of birth certificate^#.
    • Self-attested copy of Admit Card as granted by the West Bengal Board of Joint Entrance Examination for Engineering Degree Colleges, Kolkata^#.
    • Self-attested Copies of Certificates from appropriate authority for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD Candidates^#
    • Three (3) copies Colour recent passport Size photographs.
    • Domicile Certificate
    • Filled up Anti Ragging declaration
    (The above documents will be kept in the office and will not be returned to the candidates)
    ^#Originals of the attested copies submitted are to be brought at the time of admission for verification, and will be returned to candidates.
  • Download the Format of Medical Certificate from the website and get a medical certificate in the prescribed format from Medical Practitioner.
  • Sign all pages of application form as well as all documents.
  • Come on 01.07.2017 (Saturday) at Calcutta University Technology Campus, JD-2, Salt Lake, Sector – III, Kolkata – 700106, ground floor with all documents.
  • After verification residual payment to be made.
  • Payment to be made through State Bank Collect System.
