Duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available on the University website) for admission to 2-yr Integrated B.Lib.I.Sc.-M.Lib.I.Sc. course (Day) (Jan 2018-Dec 2019) accompanied by the receipt of a challan (obtainable from the Cash Counter of the University at the College Street campus) of Rs. 300/- (for General and OBC Candidates) and Rs. 150/- (for SC/ST/PH candidates) should be submitted to the office of the Department of Library & Information Science, Asutosh Building (Top floor) 87/1, College Street, Kolkata - 700 073 on all working days (12:00 Noon to 1:30 P.M.) till 15.05.2018.
The challan should necessarily be endorsed by the Office of the Department before deposition of fees at Cash Counter of the University. An Entrance Examination will be held on 20.05.2018 (Sunday) at Asutosh Building for which the candidates must report along with their Admit Cards.

Total Intake: 20.
Admission will be made on the basis of the merit list prepared through Admission Test, with reservations as per norms of the University of Calcutta for SC, ST, OBC, PH etc.

Eligibility: A Bachelor Degree with Honours (10 + 2 + 3) or Master’s Degree in any stream from this University or any other recognized Universities in India and abroad will be eligible for admission to the 2-yr Integrated B.Lib.I.Sc.-M.Lib.I.Sc. course.
