Announcement for Counseling and Provisional Admission of
Selected Candidates according to Merit List (JEEDEC-2016)
Announced by WBJEEB for Provisionally Admitted to
5-Year Evening Degree Courses in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
for the session 2016-2017.

Selected candidates of JEEDEC-2016 are being called for Counseling and Physical Documents verification for Provisional Admission to 5-Year (Evening) Engineering Degree in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Courses for the Session 2016-17 will be held on 21st July, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. in the TEQIP Building (Room No. 101, 208 & 209) of Jadavpur University Main Campus near Gandhi Bhavan according to merit list announced by WBJEEB-2016. And Selected Candidates will take admission on 22.07.2016 & 25.07.2016 in F.E.T. Office at 10:30 A.M. Right of admission scope may be cancel if failure to report in time for Counseling & Physically Documents verification and also to take Admission in time.

Number of Seats : General – 28, SC – 9, ST – 2, OBC-A – 4, OBC-B – 3, PWD - 1.

Candidates shall have to appear at the Counseling & Physical Document Verification and also for Provisional Admission with the Original and Attested copy of following documents :

• Admit Card of Entrance Examination (JEEDEC-2016).
• Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination for verification of date of birth.
• Certificate and Mark-sheet of Diploma in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B / PWD Certificate in the name of the applicant issued by the Government of West Bengal, if applicable.
• Pay Slip issued by the Employer / Tax Return copy and No-objection Certificate from the present employer for pursuing studies in the 5-Year (Evening) Engineering Degree Course in the respective course at Jadavpur University (from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on all week days and from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Saturdays).
• 5 copies of passport size photo.
• Admission Fee : Amount required at the time of Admission : Rs. 4360/-.
  (including 12 month’s tuition fee)
• After admission student will have to submit online AntiRagging Declaration through URL www.amanmovement.org.com and should submit such print out of declaration to the Muster Roll Section of Jadavpur University after one month from the date of admission, with signature of candidate and his/her guardian.
