Rectification on Provisional Merit List

It is hereby notified that if any discrepancy is found in the Provisional Merit List like non-inclusion of name after deposition of application fees of Rs. 250/- in any branch of SBI, any spelling mistake, any typological error either from the part of applicant or from the part of the authority, any mistake of subject combinations apart from the given combinations by the College Authority either from the part of applicant or from the part of the authority etc., the applicants are instructed to drop an application clearly mentioning the problem in the drop box at Ground floor of 17 Bidhan Sarani, Kolkata-700 006 Campus of the College on 18th, 19th & 20th June, 2015 and the same will be duly addressed by the College on 22nd & 23rd June, 2015 from 12:00 Noon to 04:00 PM (on both days) only in physical presence of the applicants or his/her representatives. After 23rd June, 2015 any discrepancy regarding Provisional Merit List won’t be entertained under any circumstances.

N.B.:
1. Submission of the application form along with requisite fees does not guarantee admission of the applicant. The applicants must note that all admissions are provisional and subject to C.U approval. Once a student admitted, under any circumstances College is not liable to refund the amount received during admission.

2. The correction will be entertained only for those applicants who will submit written application mentioning the problem clearly.
