Form Submission On-line : From 27th May - 04th June 2019 upto 12:00 P.M. |

The mode of payment of Application Form Fee of Rs. 200 (Rupees Two Hundred) is to be deposited through Online Payment Gateway system after filling up the Form for Submission, failing which the Form will not be accepted. |

After submission of Form, the candidate must take a printout of the Application Form. |
4. |
After the publication of the Merit List, the enlisted candidate(s) have to make the payment through Online Payment Gateway System, which will be intimated accordingly. |

After the successful Form Submission, any candidate can check their Form status following the link, Application Form Status and enter the Form ID to the specific field and click on submit button. |

Date of publication of Provisional Merit List : 10-06-2019 at 4:00 p.m. |

Enlisted Candidates are not called for their physical presence in the College for counseling or verification of documents during the process of admission. They are advised to follow the notification issued by the College authority in the College website for Admission. |

DO NOT try to submit the form 2nd times, if you already registered your Form in the same Course/Stream and Category. |

Please note that ; if any payment is not received/deposited at the bank through Online process then such Application Form will not be accepted for publication of the Merit List and it will be treated as cancelled. |
