Important Instructions for form fill up

• Following documents (scanned copies) are required for form fill up
  » Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination;
  » Mark sheet of H.S. or equivalent examination;
  » Caste certificate, (if applicable);
  » PH Certificate, (if applicable);
  » One passport size coloured photograph;
  » A scanned copy of the signature of the applicant;
• An applicant should click on the “UG Online Admission 2022” button on the home page of A.B.N. Seal College website bearing aforesaid address.
• After that, a new tab will appear as our admission portal. Now, the applicant has to click on the ‘new applicant?’ button. As soon as he/she clicks on the new applicant button, few new boxes will appear. The first box will require his/her valid mobile number and the second box will require his/her valid e-mail id. After entering valid mobile number and valid e-mail id. at requisite places, one has to now click on ‘send verification code’ box. After a few minutes a 4-digit OTP will be sent at applicant’s mobile no. Put this OTP at the required box to sign up. As soon as he/she sign up successfully, an Application ID along with the Password will be sent at applicant’s mobile no. Now, he/she have to click on ‘log in’ button and enter his/her application id along with password. By doing this, one will be able to sign in. Now an applicant gets successfully registered.
• *Note: Applicants are instructed to preserve the application id. and password for fulfilling necessary formalities related to application and admission throughout the process.
• After successful registration, the admission form will be opened. The admission form contains six tabs viz. personal information, academic information, apply courses, document upload, declaration and print application form. The applicant should carefully fill all the necessary fields in each tab and click on the ‘save and proceed’ button to switch on to the next tab. The mandatory fields should be compulsorily and carefully filled up. In a single application form, an applicant is allowed to apply for maximum 5 subjects/courses. Please note that if a candidate feels to leave the page in the middle of the process of filling up the form, s/he can save the page and log out; and thereafter can log in again with the registration id and password sent to their mobile no. and e-mail id (provided at the beginning) to fill up the rest of the portion.
• Uploading of valid documents is essential for successful submission of the application form. The applicants are instructed to upload the scanned copies of their documents of not more than 200 KB size in JPG/PNG format.
• After filling up the entire application form and uploading all the necessary documents, applicants may have a preview of the application form in totality and after a thorough check-up of all data as entered by them from top to bottom, they have to click on the declaration check box and thereafter finally click on the ‘final submission button’ to end the entire form fill up process. Now one must obtain a print out of the filled-up application form and preserve it cautiously. Please note that, applicants are once again instructed to check necessary data entered, before clicking on final submission button, otherwise there will be no option for further correction/editing from applicants’ end.
• Also note that, after final submission, if any discrepancy related to any data entered in the form is identified, the matter should be immediately reported to the UG Admission Committee, A.B.N Seal College, Cooch Behar, in the following e-mail id : abnsealcollege.admisssion2022@gmail.com
