All the students who have taken the admission in M.A. in Political Science in Asansol Girl's College Campus between 21/10/2024 and 27/10/2024, and after online counselling on 06/11/2024 (waiting lists) are hereby notified to be present on 16/11/2024 (saturday) for physical documents verification. Failing which admission of the candiadate will be automatically cancelled.
Time: 1:00 P.M.
Venue: Department of Political Science

Note:
• Candidates should bring all the documents as per the list enclosed herewith.
• Candidates should bring Anti-Ragging Affidavit by the students and parents along with them during documents verification. Formats are attached herewith.
• Candidates should bring Attendance Decelaration signed by them during documents verification. Formats are attached herewith.

• Application Fee Payment slip (Online Payment)
• Admissison Fee Payment slip (Online Payment)
• Photo Identity Card (such as Aadhar Card, Voter id, Passport)
• Original Age proof certificate (Admit/Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination)
• Caste Cerificate
• All original Marksheets
• College leaving certificate and Migration Cerificate.

For reservation of seats, the West Bengal State Higher Educational Institutions (Reservation in Admission) Act, 2013 has been followed.

Candidates who are state-level sports position holders and national level sports participants have been given a suitable relaxation in total marks for admission in accordance to the new Govt. Sports Policy,
