INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION
Read the following instructions carefully before submitting Application
For Admission to First Year B.A./B.Sc. (Honours/General/Major), B.B.A.(Honours), B.Voc. Programme, Diploma and Advanced Diploma Courses:
What to do after knowing your rank
- A range of ranks for online reporting will be given in the website www.asutoshcollege.in department wise on 18.08.2021 at 11 AM.
- Students within the rank-range specified, have to report online on 18.08.2021, 19.08.2021, 20.08.2021 upto 4 PM. Candidates outside the rank-range will not be allowed to report online for the time being.
- 1st Merit List will be published on the basis of 1st Online reporting on 22.08.2021 at 11 AM.
- Candidates of 1st Merit List are directly eligible for admission and they have to make payment of their fees through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ On line mode/ through printed Bank Challan to be downloaded from the website within the specified date and time. No candidate will be allowed for admission after specified date and time.
- Each candidate must write his/her mail id clearly in the Initial Application form to get his/her College Roll No. after payment of admission fees.
- Dates of publication of subsequent Merit Lists and corresponding admission dates and time will be available in the website.
- Admission will continue as per dates given till 1st Reporting List is exhausted or seats are filled up.
- Follow website for subsequent Reporting, if vacancies remain and admission process will continue similarly.
- Missing of Reporting dates and Admission dates cannot be entertained in any way.
- A student admitted in a subject, if wants to change Subject after getting chance in a subsequent Merit List, he has to send a mail to mail id changesub2021@asutoshcollege.in immediately mentioning previous application id along with new application id. College office will contact the candidate for instruction to get admission in new subject.
- If a candidate tries to Download Admission Form for a second subject a flash message will appear on the screen. Then he/she has to act according to the instructions in the message.
- Getting Roll No: Confirms admission fees received by the college. Confirmation of admission is subject to verification of documents submitted online and filling of registration forms of Calcutta University.
- Note :- The admission is provisional, subject to scrutiny and verification of the documents submitted.
The provisional admission is liable to be cancelled if they fail to submit documents required by the University. If admission of any such student is not approved by the University, she/he will not be entitled to any refund of fees.
- Selection will be strictly on the basis of merit.
- The college reserves the right of admission.
