DOCUMENT VERIFICATION and COMMENCEMENT OF CLASS 2024

This is to inform all the students who have taken admission in Semester wise Four-year B.A./ B.Sc. (Honours with or without Research) Courses under CCF in Bethune College in different Honours subjects that the UG classes of Semester-I for the Academic Session 2024-25 will commence on and from 7 August, 2024.

The newly admitted students are requested to report to the respective Departments from 31st July to 6th August, 2024 (as per schedule, given on the next page) for verification of the following Documents:

• The Printout of the Application Form for Admission, duly signed by the candidate
• The Admission Fee Payment Receipt
• Class X Admit Card/Age proof document (Original &one self-attested photocopy)
• Class X Mark sheet (Original & one self-attested photocopy)
• Class XII Mark sheet (Original & one self-attested photocopy)(Laminated Marksheet will not be accepted)
• Registration Certificate of (10+2) Board (0riginal & one self-attested photocopy)
• One Passport size photograph
• Caste Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• PWD Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• EWS Cerificates (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• CU Registration Certificate (if already registered under CU) (Original & one self-attested photocopy)
• Migration Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• BPL Certificate (Original & one sell-attested photocopy), if applicable.

Parents / Guardians are not allowed to enter college prenmises on the scheduled dates.

Candidates must report in person on the above-mentioned date and time. Ifa candidate fails to report due to unavoidable reasons, her guardian should report on her behalf with all the relevant documents mentioned above. The said person should bring proper letter of authorisation.
