Documents verification of the provisionally admitted students in the MOP UP Round

As per notification from the end of wbcap.in, the Documents verification of the provisionally admitted students in the MOP UP Round will be held from 03/09/2024 to 07/09/2024. The students are asked to report to the respective Departments from 11.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on the dates mentioned with the following documents:

• The Printout of the Application Form for Admission, duly signed by the candidate
• The Admission Fee Payment Receipt
• Class X Admit Card/Age proof document (Original & one self-attested photocopy)
• Class X Mark sheet (Original & one self-attested photocopy)
• Class XII Mark sheet (Original & one self-attested photocopy)(Laminated Marksheet will not be accepted)
• Registration Certificate of (10+2) Board (0riginal & one self-attested photocopy)
• One Passport size photograph
• Caste Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• PWD Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• EWS Cerificates (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• CU Registration Certificate (if already registered under CU) (Original & one self-attested photocopy)
• Migration Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• BPL Certificate (Original & one sell-attested photocopy), if applicable.

Parents / Guardians are not allowed to enter college premises on the scheduled dates.

Candidates must report in person on the above-mentioned date and time. If a candidate fails to report due to unavoidable reasons, her guardian should report on her behalf with all the relevant documents mentioned above. The said person should bring proper letter of authorisation.
