  Great Lakes' One Year full time Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) helps transform high potential professionals into competent business managers and decision makers. Throughout the course of study, emphasis is placed on developing competencies, team-work and leadership, inclusivity principles and value-based management creating "Business Ready Managers" capable of responding to complex business challenges.
• POST GRADUATE PROGRAM IN MANAGEMENT (ENERGY) – PGPM (ENERGY)
  
  The two-year Post Graduate Program in Management (Energy) is dedicated to developing the next generation of leadership in the energy sector. The program offers dual specialization with domain specialization in Power, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development in addition to functional specializations. The PGPM (Energy) seeks to develop motivated management professionals equipped with comprehensive domain knowledge and capable of being productive from their first day of engagement with the corporate world.
• POST GRADUATE PROGRAM IN BUSINESS ANALYTICS (PGPBA)
  
  "The Structure of the Great Lakes PGPBA program is very interesting, in which learning happens both inside and outside the classroom." The PGPBA class of Great Lakes consists of professionals from diverse industry segments and functional roles with a varied work experience range.

POST GRADUATE PROGRAM IN MANAGEMENT (PGPM)

Eligibility Criteria

• All applicants are required to appear for GMAT/CAT*/XAT +/CMAT before applying to Great Lakes Institute of Management.
• For PGPM 2016-17, Great Lakes Institute of Management will accept CAT scores of the year 2014/ 2015, XAT scores of the year 2015/ 2016 or GMAT scores taken after Jan 1, 2013 or CMAT scores of the year 2015/ 2016.
• All applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
• A minimum work experience of two years by March 31, 2016 is mandatory and candidates found not fulfilling this criteria will not be admitted. Candidates with less than 24 months of work experience by March 31, 2016 can apply to the Great Lakes PGDM Program.

*Great Lakes uses CAT scores only for screening applications for admissions and IIMs have no role in the conduct of Great Lakes academic programs.

+Great Lakes is not an associate institute of XLRI and uses XAT scores only for screening applicants for admission. XLRI has no role to play in the conduct of any of Great Lakes programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible for admission. Final year candidates may also apply under the condition that they provide documented evidence of having fulfilled the eligibility criteria by October 1, of the respective admission year.

Founded in 2004: Great Lakes' was born out the vision of Management Guru Dr. Bala V. Balachandran to set up a world class Business School in Chennai. Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, currently offers the PGPM, PGPM (Energy) and the executive PGP-Business Analytics programs. The Chairman of the Institute is Dr. BSK Naidu, a leading contributor to human resource development in the power sector and formerly Director General of the National Power Training Institute, Central Power Research Institute and REL. The Advisory Board is headed by Mr. RV Shahi, a former Power Secretary to the Government of India and one of the leading personalities of the Indian power industry. The campus is in Gurgaon and the first intake of students was in July 2010.
