Important Instructions
  • A candidate can fill only one application form.Multiple applications from the same candidate will lead to rejection of candidature.
  • Keep scanned copy of photographs, signatures and other relevant documents handy before you fill online application form.
  • On successfull submission of form an application number will be generated.Note that number for future references.
  • Submit fees online.
  • Upload all relevant documents.
  • Application will be considered complete only when application form is filled ,payment is done and relevant documents are uploaded .Incomplete applications will be rejected.
  • Print application form. Keep it for future references.
  • Application No. and Date of Birth is required for makng payment, uploading of documents, checking application status etc.
  • No document at this stage need to be submitted to BOPEE.
  • Candidates can edit their submitted application form before the last date of the advertisement,in case of any difficulty please contact JKBOPEE.

Eligibility
A candidate must:
  • The Applicant must: be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be(if the candidate(s) applying for this course do not have domicile certificate at the time of filling up of online application form, he/she is advised to upload an undertaking (on plain paper) certifying that he/she shall produce the domicile certificate at the time of counselling/Admission. For Candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile certificate;
  • have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board and have obtained a Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM ) examination and registered as R.N.R.M. with J&K Paramedical Nursing Council. A male Nurse, trained before the implementation of new integrated course besides being registered as a Nurse with J&K Paramedical Nursing Council, shall produce evidence of training approved by Indian Nursing Council for a similar duration in lieu of midwifery in any one of the areas such as O.T. Techniques, Ophthalmic Nursing, Leprosy Nursing, T.B. Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Neurological and Neuro surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Cancer Nursing, Orthopaedic Nursing;
  • be medically fit.
Follow these steps to fill application form
Please go though the E-information brochure and the detailed instructions contained therein.
  • Read instructions carefully before filling application form,click on apply button given at the bottom of the page to fill the form.
  • Candidate can view E-notification, E-brochure etc form the available links on the website.
  • Upload your recent photograph having .jpeg/.jpg format only with name plate showing date of taking photo. Size of the photograph should between 10KB to 50KB.
  • Upload your signature/thumb impression in .jpeg/.jpg format only having size between 10KB to 50KB.
  • Uploading any image other than own photograph is an offence and any candidates uploading an image of an object other than his photograph shall be debarred form all admissions/examinations besides he/she shall be proceed against in accordance with the law.
  • Submit your application form.
  • After submission of application form an application number will be generate which should noted for further use.
  • After submission of application form an option will available to edit your application form. The edit option shall be available till the last date of submission of online application form as per notification.
  • The information submitted by candidate should match with information recorded in the documents mis-match may lead to disqualification.
  • Make your online payment through E-banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
  • After making payment note both application no. and payment ID. Do not share these details with any person.
  • Upload your documents in .pdf format only. Document size should be between 100KB KB to 200KB.
  • Original Scanned documents should be uploaded.
  • Candidate should take printout of the application and payment receipt.
  • Submission of application is purely provisional and liable to be cancelled at any stage in case information submitted by the candidate is proved to be false.
  • Candidates can edit their submitted application form before the last date of the advertisement,in case of any difficulty please contact JKBOPEE.
