Notice for 3rd Phase Document Verification 2024

This is for information of all the applicants who have taken provisional admission according to the call list published on 28.11.2024 are hereby instructed to appear for physical verification of documents on 30.11.2024. These applicants are directed to report in the College premises on the above mentioned date at 11.00 am. The verification process will be closed at 2 pm on the above mentioned date. The applicants are instructed to bring the following documents in original along with photocopies for verification.

The Students must bring the following documents in the below-mentioned order:

• Printout of the Application form duly signed
  
• Age proof (Class 10 Admit Card) (original + one self-attested photocopy)
  
• Class 10+2 mark sheet (original + one self-attested photocopy) [without lamination]
  
• Class 10 mark sheet (original + one self-attested photocopy)
  
• Caste certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + two selfattested photocopies)
  
• Caste certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + two selfattested photocopies)
  
• EWS Certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + one selfattested photocopy)
  
• Migration certificate (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy)
  
• Two passport size photographs (with full signature at the back of the photographs)
  
• Affidavits on Anti-ragging duly signed, one by the applicant and another by the parent/guardian of the applicant (need not be notarised) [Format of the same to be downloaded from College Website]
  
• Attendance Affidavit duly filled in and signed by the applicant (need not be notarised) [Format of the same to be downloaded from College Website]
  
• Printout of the Admission Fee Payment Receipt/ Chalan (original + one self-attested photocopy)
  
• Aadhar Card (original + one self-attested photocopy).
