Candidates(admitted in standalone portal)who have missed their UG Admission related Document Verification on 26.09.2024 are directed to contact at Zoology Department of Hooghly Mohsin College positively on 27.09.2024 within 11am-11.30am with all necessary documents ,failing which their admission will be treated as cancelled.

Candidates must produce the following documents in ORIGINAL and submit ONE SET OF SELF-ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES of all the original documents, during the physical verification of documents.

1. Printout of Application Form (from standalone portal).

2. Downloaded receipt of Admission Fees paid online (from standalone portal).

3. Recent passport size photographs- 2 copies.

4. Original Aadhaar Card.

5. Original Mark Sheet of Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination.

6. Original Mark Sheet of H.S. or Equivalent Examination.

7. Original Registration Certificate of H.S. or Equivalent Examination.

8. Original proof of Date of Birth- Admit Card/ Certificate of Madhyamik/ Equivalent Examination/ Birth Certificate

9. Original Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority of West Bengal [For district: SDO; For Kolkata: District Welfare officer, Kolkata/ Ex-Officio Joint Director, BCW] (if applicable).

Caste certificates from other states will not be accepted.

10. Original PwD certificate from a competent authority (if applicable).

11. Original EWS certificate from a competent authority [For district: DM of concerned district; For Kolkata: Divisional Commissioner, Presidency Division] (if applicable) pertaining to the current financial year only (on and from 01.04.2024)
