ADMISSION PROCEDURE

• The Admission process starts immediately after the declaration of Class-XII results of major national Boards recognized by Jadavpur University.
• A student who is selected for enrolment in a particular course offered by the College will have to complete the admission procedure and get herself registered within the notified time period.
• Application for admission has to be made on the prescribed form obtained from the office of the Institute, on the designated days (Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm and again from 1.30 p.m to 3.00 p.m, and Saturday, 10.a.m to 12 noon) only. Students may also apply online.
• Application forms are non-transferable.
• Form must be collected in the name of the applicant only.
• Forms should be complete in all respect with coloured passport size photo pasted firmly on appropriate boxes.
• Cost of the Application Form is Rs. 1,300/- only. Online applicants can pay the money (Rs. 1,500/-) through NET Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

ELIGIBILITY

• Only female candidates are eligible for admission to the B.Com (Hons) course.
• Candidates must have good knowledge of the English language.
• A candidate seeking admission to three year B.Com (Hons.) course of the Institute must have passed Class-XII examination of any recognized Board / Council recognized by Jadavpur University with a combination of four recognized subjects of which at least one is English and securing at least 50% marks in the aggregate.
• Foreign Students may be admitted as per Jadavpur University norm.
