Documents Required for Uploading During Online Application

• Applicants are required to upload self-attested photocopies of original documents (scanned image, jpeg format only) during the time of application.  The documents are as follows:
  → Recent passport size photograph (Size 50 KB, Resolution 100 DPI)
  → Signature Image of applicant (Size 50 KB, Resolution 100 DPI)
  → Age Proof Document -Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination/Birth Certificate (Size 150 KB, Resolution 150 DPI)
  → Class X (Madhyamik or equivalent) Mark Sheet Document (Size 150 KB, Resolution 150 DPI)
  → Class XII (H.S. or equivalent) Mark Sheet Document (Size 150 KB, Resolution 150 DPI)
  → Caste Certificate Document, if applicable (Size 100 KB., Resolution 100 DPI)
  → Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificate Document, if applicable (Size of 100 KB, Resolution100 DPI)
  → BPL Certificate Document, if applicable (Size 100 KB, Resolution 100 DPI)
  → Migration Certificate Document, if applicable (Size 100 KB, Resolution100 DPI) *
  → Equivalence Certificate Document, if applicable (Size100 KB, Resolution of the image is 100 DPI) *
  → Registration Certificate -for candidates already registered under CU (Size 100 KB, Resolution 100 DPI)
  * Required during CU Registration for students from boards other than WB Council of HS Education, ISC and CBSE.

• Applications will not be valid unless the above documents are uploaded on the college portal during online application
• Candidates will be informed through e-mail and SMS after successful online submission of application. In case of DND settings in applicant’s contact number she may not receive any SMS. The college will not remain responsible in such cases.
• Successful submission of application does not ensure admission of a candidate. Candidates will be selected for admission only on the basis of the Revised Comprehensive Merit List (provisional) published on the portal.
• Admission is conducted strictly on the basis of merit.
• Admission B.A. /B.Sc. (Honours) Degree Courses (under CBCS) will be guided by the Admission and Examination Regulations (Notification No. CSR/3/18 dated 07.05.2018 and CSR/4/18 dated 07.05.2018) and amendments made thereof by the University of Calcutta.
