Document Verification Notice for Phase 2 Mop-up Round 2024

All candidates who have taken admission to 4-Year B.A./B.Sc. Major Courses (Honours with or without Research) in Lady Brabourne College in the session 2024-25 through the Centralised Admission Portal during the Mop-UP round, are required to report to the college for verification of their original documents.

Please follow the schedule below for verification:

Date for Verification of Documents : 03.09.2024, Tuesday, Reporting Time: 10:30 am to 11:00 am—Students admitted (during the Mop-up Phase) to both B.A. and B.Sc. Major Courses are required to report to the college with all testimonials.

All candidates should report to the respective departments to which they are provisionally admitted for physical verification of documents on the above mentioned date and time.

Candidates should bring the following documents in original on the above-mentioned date:

1. Print of Admission Letter issued by the Centralised Admission Portal
2. Downloaded receipt of Admission Fees paid online
3. Print out of downloaded Application form for Admission as downloaded from the Centralised Admission Portal duly signed by her Guardian / Parent on the last page.
4. Recent passport size photograph -2 copies
5. Age Proof Document -Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination/Birth Certificate
6. Class X (Madhyamik or equivalent) Mark Sheet
7. Class XII (H.S. or equivalent) Mark Sheet
8. Registration Certificate of Class XII (H.S. or equivalent)
9. Caste Certificate (certified competent authority), if applicable
10. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificate (certified competent authority), if applicable
11. EWS certificate(certified competent authority), if applicable
12. BPL Certificate Document, if applicable
13. Aadhaar Card
14. Migration Certificate Document, if applicable
15. Equivalence Certificate Document, if applicable
16. Registration Certificate -for candidates already registered under CU
17. Students will also bring one self-attested photocopies of the above documents.

Time of reporting to the college for the admitted candidates is from 10:30 am to 11.00 am, 3^rd September, 2024.

Candidates must report in person on the above-mentioned date and time to their respective Departments in Lady Brabourne College. If a candidate fails to report in person due to medical condition/ emergency, a person authorised by her should report on her behalf with all the relevant documents mentioned above. The said person should bring proper letter of authorisation where his/her signature will be attested by the candidate.
