Admission Verification & Orientation Notice 2024

All new Semester 1 students who have been admitted to Loreto College are requested to bring their Original documents for verification on Tuesday, 6 August, 2024 at 9.30 A.M. The list of documents required is attached below (Pg 2).

All students are requested to attend the Orientation Programme on Wednesday, 7 August, 2024. Please report by 8.40 A.M. The Orientation Programme will begin at 9.A.M. in the College Auditorium (2nd Floor). Students may leave after the programme at 10.30 A.M.

Regular classes will commence on Thursday, 8 August, 2024.

ORIGINAL & PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT ON THE VERIFICATION DAY – 06.08.2024

• Filled in Application Form with the following ORIGINAL documents as well as PHOTOCOPY of all documents:-
• Compulsory for All Students
  • Class X Admit Card
  • Class X Mark Sheet
  • Class XII Mark Sheet
• Compulsory for Christian Students
  • Baptism Certificate
  • Parish Priest's Reference Letter
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Compulsory for Differently-abled candidates
  • Disability Certificate

NOT TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM

Compulsory for Hostelites (Catholic students only who have applied or will be applying for Loreto College Hostel accommodation)

• Baptism Certificate
• First Holy Communion Certificate
• Confirmation Certificate
• Parish Priest's Reference Letter

All documents are to be stapled together with the Application Form
