Notice Regarding Self-inspection and Review of 1st Semester Examination, 2023

1) Self Inspection of Evaluated Answer Scripts
It is notified for information to the students of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.(Honours. & General) 1st Semester Examination,2023, that an examinee may apply in the prescribed format (available in the college office) along with the Xerox copy of Marksheet to the Controller of Examinations, Vidyasagar University through the Principal/Teacher-in-Charge of the college for obtaining the Xerox copy of evaluated Answer Script (s) for the purpose of self inspection on payment of Rs. 400/- (Rupees four hundred) per paper and the Incidental Charge of Rs. 40/- only on 11.11.2024 & 12.11.2024 between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. positively.
2) Re-Exam.(Review)
The students of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com (Honours. & General) 1st Semester Examination,2023 who are eligible and are intended to re-examine their Answer script by the University, are asked to collect the Review Form from the University website and submit the same, duly filled in, along with a Xerox copy of the Marksheet of their respective Examination to our college office on 11.11.2024 & 12.11.2024 between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. positively along with i) Re-examination fees of Rs. 60/- (Rupees sixty) per Paper, ii) Cost of form Rs. 40.00, iii) Result Preparation Fee of Rs. 15/- (Rupees fifteen) and the Incidental Charge of Rs. 40/- only. A student shall be allowed to apply for he/she has scored qualifying marks i.e. 20% in that semester and also secured 35% marks in individual paper, are considered as eligible for Review.
3) Cancellation of Result
It is notified for the information of all concerned that the students of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com (Honours. & General ) 1st Semester Examination,2023, who intend to cancel their result for improvement of his/her result may apply in plain paper addressing to the Controller of Examinations, Vidyasagar University through the Principal/Teacher-in-Charge, Mahishadal Raj College on 11.11.2024 & 12.11.2024 between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. positively.
They are to bring their Original Marksheet, Fees Book and Rs. 40/- only for Incidental Charge with them. It may be noted that in all cases, cancellation of result will be counted as one chance lost.
