Terms & Conditions and Policies

1. An Applicant can register only once in the admission portal of this institution. On successful completion of registration a unique 10 digit application number is generated, which the applicant receives in SMS and Email provided, along with his/her chosen password. Do not forget log-id and Password for use in future anytime.
2. Once you register your profile, you may apply for as many subjects as you wish but application fees for each subject must be paid separately
3. The system will deduct 10% marks from aggregate while calculating merit score for each previous year for a candidate up-to the last five passing years.
4. Vocational Stream will not be entertained.
5. In case of tie of merit marks, (when necessary) the tie will be broken by considering the subject marks followed by marks in English and % of 10 level Examination provided there are availability of seats.
6. No candidates /guardians are allowed to be present physically in the college premises during the Admission process, except on the date of commencement of classes.
7. Applicants are responsible to provide correct information/data, to the best of their knowledge, while filling up the online form and in the process if it is found that there is any discrepancy, then his/her application/admission will liable to be cancelled.
8. After confirmation in registration of application, candidate will not be able to modify any information.
9. It is mandatory/compulsory for a candidate to provide his/her personal mobile number and email id which will be used to send various information during the process of admission.
10. Candidates need to confirm the application to pay the requisite fee online.
11.  To apply for new subject/s after confirming the application, a candidate needs to login using his/her Application No and password and click the link ‘apply more subjects’ and add new subject to the application. For each subject, Rs.100 will be required.
12. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any online payment
13. Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons
14. Reservation Policy as per Govt. of West Bengal Rule will be applicable.
15. Migration Charge of Rs. 100 will be levied where ever necessary.
16. Classes must be attended regularly; College may take stringent action on any 7 consecutive days absence without any valid evidence from competent (Govt.) authority.
17. In case of ADMISSION CANCELLATION , students must email  immediately (within 2 days) at macadmission123@gmail.com, otherwise, stringent action will be taken from college end.
18. Admitted Students are asked to bring all original testimonials on the 1st day of the commencement of classes for physical verification and authentication of documents positively. Failing to provide testimonials for verification may be liable to cancellation of admission.
19. Admission process will continue following Government./ University  notifications to be published time to time and rules and conventions set by the College.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Fee once paid will not be refunded until otherwise stated in an exceptional case or as per rules. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim along with the payment details.
2. Candidate wishes to cancel his/her admission, inform the office in time by e-mail/or on-line mode promptly.
3. Timely information of cancellation of admission may lead to acceptance of refund claim of admission fees as applicable.
