Educational qualification:

  • Station Manager: Candidates should have a graduation degree.
  • Call Center Monitoring Unit (Assistant Manager/Officer/BPO Team Leader)/Officer (Security): Candidates should have a Graduation degree.
  • Officer (MMD/Slots (Officer)/Customer care/Passenger Sales): Candidates should have an MBA degree.
  • Asst. officer (Office Management): Candidates should have graduation degree or diploma in Office Management.
  • Cabin Crew: All the candidates should be intermediate or Class 12 pass from recognised board.
  • Dy. Chief Financial Officer/Sr. Manager (Finance): The candidates should have completed CA from ICAI.
  • Asst. General Manager (Operating Training)/Sr. Manager (Liaison Officer): The applicant should possess a graduate/ MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Chief/AGM of MMD: The candidates should possess an MBA degree.
  • Asst. General Manager (Revenue Management)/Sr. Manager (Personnel)/Manager (Personnel): The interetsed candidates should have an MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Asst. officer (Office Management): Candidates should have graduation degree or diploma in Office Management.
  • Manager (Catering): Candidates should have passed 10+2 and should have a Diploma in Hotel Management.

Pay Scale:

  • Supervisor: The selected candidates will be paid a remuneration of Rs 21,371.
  • Cabin Crew: After successful completion of the training, the candidates will get Rs 37,800 per month.
  • Dy. Chief Financial Officer: The selected candidate will get Rs 1,20,000 (Gross salary per month approx).
