JKBOSE has postponed the class 12 examination due to Pulwama terror attack
The Jammu Kashmir Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE) has postponed the exams for class 12 scheduled to be held on 23 February, 2019.
The exams are only cancelled for students appearing from the Kashmir division.
On 23 February 2019, students had to appear for Geography / Psychology / Music / Philosophy / Clothing for the family exam.

According to the circular released on the official website, the new dates for the postponed exams are yet to be released by JKBOSE.
Exams scheduled to be held after March 1, 2019, will continue as per the previous notification.
Reason for postponing the exams:
The reason to postpone the exams are still not confirmed by the board, it is been assumed that the exams are postponed due to the rising tension in the area after Pulwama attack.
The region is kept under curfew at the present time.
