COMEDK UGET 2019: Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) have announced all the important dates for COMEDK UGET 2019 and the eligibility criteria for the COMEDK's Undergraduate Entrance Test for engineering courses (UGET - 2019) architecture examination also has been changed.
COMEDK UGET 2019: Change in eligibility criteria
As per the official notification, the candidates now have to secure minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.
"No candidate shall be admitted to architecture program unless she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination," mentioned the notification.
COMEDK UGET 2019
The authorities will start the online registration from January 16 (after 12 pm). Candidates willing to appear for the Computer Based Test will have to complete the application procedure on or before April 19.
The COMEDK UGET will be conducted on May 12, 2019.
COMEDK UGET 2019: Computer-based test
The computer-based test which will be conducted on all India basis across the country to facilitate the students to appear in the test closer to their homes and is aimed at minimising the cost of travel and other logistics. The schedule will be released at comedk.org.
About COMEDK UGET 2019
COMEDK UGET 2019 is a state level examination for admission of candidates to various undergraduate engineering programmes offered by 190 participating institutes in the State of Karnataka. Around 20,000 seats will be offered to COMEDK UGET qualified candidates.
