• Only online application and online payments are allowed.
• Filling in of online application form for admission will start from 02nd August 2021 at 12:00 Noon.
  Online filling in of application form for admission will close on 14th August 2021 at 12:00 Midnight.
• For filling in of online form, please visit the college website : www.vidyamandira.ac.in.
• In view of the financial hardship faced by the guardians in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, no fees will be charged this year for filling up of Application forms.
• One may fill out any number of application forms following the eligibility criteria mentioned in the admission norms.
• Please read the instructions carefully before filling out the forms.
• There will be no written test this year. Admission will be based on various criteria determined by the respective departments. While a few departments will conduct online viva voce, other departments will select the students on the basis of the marks obtained by them at the Higher Secondary (+2) and/ or the Secondary level.
• After initial scrutiny based on the pre-determined parameters, an initial merit list will be prepared and uploaded on the college website. A separate waiting list will also be put up in case of the departments opting out the online viva voce.
• In case of the departments opting for online viva voce, the candidates making it into the initial merit list will be communicated individually intimating the date and time of the online viva voce, which will be held through ‘Google Meet’.
• Students making it into the list of finally selected candidates will have to appear for an online counseling in ‘Google Meet’ on the specified date and time. Further, they will have to send scanned copies of requisite documents to us over the email : vidyamandira@gmail.com at least one day prior to the date of online counseling. Absence in online counseling will automatically lead to the rejection of candidature.
• Selected candidates will have to produce the admit card along with the filled-up online application form during the online counselling.
• The online counseling may include academic discussion. However, this will have no bearing in the selection process.
• Selected candidates will have to submit requisite admission fees in online mode immediately after the online counseling.
• Selected students must bring all the original documents along with the filled-up online form, the online payment receipt (proof of the submission of admission fees) on the day of admission to the hostel. If any student fails to produce any one of these credentials, his candidature is liable to be rejected.
• Only regular candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary/equivalent examination in 2021 or 2020 will be eligible to apply.
• Please note that if any candidate fails to fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned in our admission notice, his candidature is liable to stand cancelled at any point of the admission process. The college authority will not be responsible for any such cancellation.
• Waitlisted candidates are required to watch the college website regularly for relevant notification. They may further be required to appear for the second counselling, wherever necessary, the date and time for which will be notified later.
• If any student fails to appear physically on the day of admission to the hostel, his candidature will automatically be cancelled.
