• The college authority will not be responsible for any web-failure. Candidates are requested to send emails in such cases.
• Candidates and their guardians are earnestly requested not to make appeal for change in the date/timings of online viva voce/ online counseling.
• The college authority, under unavoidable circumstances, may change the date and time of online viva voce/counseling mentioned in this notification. However, such change will be notified on the college website latest by 6 pm on the immediately preceding day.

NOTE

• Aggregate marks will be calculated as follows
  » West Bengal Higher Secondary candidates (2021/2020) : 1st 2 languages + top 3 subjects other than the languages and the Environmental Studies.
  » Other Boards (2021 or 2020): Top Four subjects excluding the compulsory Environmental Studies / Education.
• Total marks (theoretical + practical) for lab-based subjects would be taken into account for the subject marks.
