  Through ONLINE mode using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking etc
  From 24.07.2018 (01:30 P.M.) to 30.07.2018 (04:00 P.M.)
  OR
  Through OFFLINE Mode at any Punjab National Bank in West Bengal
  25.07.2018 to 30.07.2018 within Banking Hours (Except Sunday and Holidays)
  
  APPLICATION FEES (Rs. 300/-) CAN BE PAID TO ANY BRANCH OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK
  Please make your payment not earlier than 24 hours from the date of submission for your form.
  However this restriction will not apply on the last date of payment.
