PG Physical Document Verification 2024

Verification of Document for newly admittted 1st year students of M.A.(Bengali and English) in the session 2024-26

This is to information of all concerned that the newly admitted students who have already paid Admissions and allied Fees online are directed to appear for detailed Verification and thus validation of Admission at the Department of Mathemathics in the first floor of Main Building of the college on 27th September, 1st, 3rd and 4th October, 2024 during the time-stretch starting at 11:30 A.M. to 02:30 P.M. with the following documents in their possession as listed below.They are further requeted to complete these process at the earliest, failing with their provisional admission will stand cancelled.

Documents to be furnished for verification:

Application Forms(2 copies) duly signed by the candidates both in Bengali and English

Original and photocopy of all B.A.(Hons) or equivalent marks-sheets (Mark-sheets of sem 1 to sem 6)

Original and photocopy of proof age (MP Admit Card/Birth Certificate/Aadhar Crad etc.)

Original and photocopy of proof Caste/PH/EWS Certificate, where applicable

Admission Fee Receipt having Roll No. (2 copies)

Kanyashree ID crad, Where applicable

75% CLASS-ATTENDANCE Undertaking duly signed by the student

Anti-ragging affidavits, one duely signed by the student and the other by the parents

It should further be noted that, during verification, if any candidate is found to have submitted erroneous information in the Application-Form or overstated the marks obtained or judged to be failing to satisfy all the criteria for admission exhaustively, then his/her admission will summarily be cancelled and in such cases no refund of deposites fees will be permitted, whatsoever.
