2nd Phase of Post Graduate Admission [Provisional] for Academic Session, 2023

• The 2nd Phase of PG Admission 2023 will be held on & from 06.10.2023 through online mode (https://www.ugbadmission.in/). The dates will be extended if seats are remain vacant.
• The University will issue single Online Form of Counseling (OFOC) for the applicants (Home and Open Category). Vacant seats will be filled up as per merit and category, taking cognizance of the merit status of the last admitted candidate in the first phase with regard to the respective Merit Panels. The rest of the applicants from the respective Merit Panels, excluding those already admitted, will be given the chance to take admission to their respective PG Courses through the second round of 2nd Phase and third round (if any seat remains vacant) of 2nd Phase of PG Admission without issuing the OFOC in further.
• The Home University candidates will be given the chance to take admission first under the Home Category as per merit and the remaining candidates will be again considered as Open Category candidates from the candidates who would submit the Online Form of Counseling (OFOC) and further allotment of seats will be made as per existing rules of randomization. The second phase of admission into the remaining vacant seats will be held as per existing practice and norms as followed in the first phases of admission 2023 of the University.
• As per norms and as permitted by the BCW, Malda, the conversion of seats will be made where there is any vacancy but no application is there.
• In case of non-availability of the applicants in the Home Category, the seats will be incorporated into the Open Category and vice versa.
• If a candidate fails to pay the requisite admission fee within the stipulated time, then the admission will be automatically cancelled. The candidate will not be considered for any further admission for the same subject.
• Final Admission will be confirmed only after depositing the requisite fees and successful verification of all academic testimonials.
• In case the information furnished at any stage of the application and admission process is found to be false or incorrect or if there is any discrepancy/mismatch between the information furnished at the relevant section and the certificates/documents produced at the time of admission/verification, the provisional admission offered to the candidate shall stand cancelled with immediate effect without assigning any further reason.
• If any candidate fails to apply the Online Form Of Counseling (OFOC) or fails to pay the required Admission Fee within the specified time, then no further opportunities will be given to the candidate.
• The University Authority and the Agency will not be liable for non delivery of SMS and or EMAIL due to any network issue or technical failure from the end of the service provider.
